		<description>Oh I&#039;ll have to check this out.....I just joined Weight Watchers on line and my best friend who lives 3 hours away, has joined as well. We are buddying up and being supportive to each other, sharing recipes and ideas over the emails. Congrats on your weight loss. I have a goal of 30 lbs. to shed before next March - knee surgery. Love your knitting as well.</description>

		<description>This is very cool--I know many people who will get a lot out of this, and I&#039;ve forwarded it on to them. It&#039;s interesting to start assessing one&#039;s progress on resolutions in February, but it&#039;s about time I did so--I didn&#039;t have any fitness goals, but I&#039;m doing badly on some of them (going to bed at a decent hour). I did get a doctor&#039;s appointment and feel good about taking care of that, at the very least! It&#039;s nice to be reminded--and to publicly state--that i need to reinvest my energy into keeping those resolutions.

I met a woman today who resolved to eat out MORE! she and I are going to be friends, now, eating our way around the city :)</description>

Health/weight wasn&#039;t a NY resolution, but I had a healing crisis over the holidays that got me back on track as far as eating healthfully and I&#039;m trying to keep up the momentum.

		<description>Thanks for mentioning this website and (in one of your older posts) the cute pink heart rate monitor. The integrated calorie counter was something I missed with my old (black) heart rate monitor and it was an good excuse to buy myself this one - a pink one.

When you are looking for motivation I like the website of Janice Taylor (Our Lady of Weight Loss). She does have a free newsletter which is called KITT (Kick in the Tush). It helped me a lot to get back on track. Her website and newsletter is not about recommanding a certain diet. She is more into making weight loss an art project, make it fun...that was something that made me laugh and finally got me back on track.</description>
