Gray Days & Feeling Blue

Nature is the best inspiration, no? These are only a few of the beautiful and inspirational images that are shared through the Project Spectrum Flickr group. The gray days have been pretty fitting lately: I have been sad. I got news on Tuesday that my sweet grandfather passed away. I was very sorry to hear this news, and while it was expected to come soon, it was still hard to digest. I take great comfort in the fact that he is at peace now. He will be greatly missed. Kris and I will be traveling to Alabama tomorrow for his funeral and for some time with my family. He would be happy to know that we were all together and happy.
