Amazing photos by Kris, who was there when the little bee came to the collard flowers.
Steady progress on this sock. I won’t finish it before the next element shift of Project Spectrum, but I am not in a hurry. I love seeing the pattern develop.
One of the small succulents in my indoor rock garden. Growing so green and lush.
:: Slow is beautiful ::

Are the element shifts a hard rule? Because I got a little over-zealous with my projects and a couple of them won’t be finished either.
The sock looks great!
I looooove the color combo for the sock. Lymon!
The socks are lovely, Lolly. Just lovely.
I really like the sock, the simplicity of its pattern, and the softness of the colour combo.
I love it when I can catch on film an insect on a flower. I have been lucky enough to be able to take a beautiful picture of a bee on a thistle while visiting a historical site in Iran. Suddenly, there was life among those old rocks…
Great socks – super colours, great pattern.
Pretty plants, too.
Wow. I like those socks. Is that your pattern?
Your socks look great. That is such a nice sentiment. Sometimes slow is beautiful. Thanks for the reminder.
Wow – gorgeous pics. WOW. You’re right – slow IS beautiful.
[p.s. I am so psyched up for Yoga Wednesday!!!]
Just lovely.
Slow is beautiful indeed, Lolly! The socks are coming along nicely – I love how the colors work together. And Kris’ photos of the bee/flowers are stunning!
I made those socks in red and white and I love them, but I think I love your color combination better. I’ll have to make another pair. What yarn are you using for them?
I wholeheartedly agree with you! Hey, that sock is looking great!
The sock is soooo pretty!
That sock is looking really good – beautiful pictures, too!
Those really do look beautiful!
Love the socks. All good knitting should be allowed to be slow knitting, when the mood strikes. That looks like a great meditiative pattern to sink into. =)
Oh yes it is indeed.
That is a fab bee photo – have not managed one in focus yet despite many attempts

The socks look lovely, a great colour combination. The photos are amazing.
Slow truly is beautiful, though I have trouble enjoying slow sometimes, as I tend to flit from one thing to another in bursts of activity and enthusiasm. I’m actually reading a book titled “In Praise of Slow” by Carl HonorĂ©, all about the slow movement. It’s quite interesting.
That is one gorgeous sock!
Love the photos! (Sock itself is awesome, too.)
I’m Loving the socks, especially the colors.
What a lovely sock!
what an incredible bee photo! i love being in the right place at the right time for great photo taking opportunities!
Gorgeous sock! I really love the leafy-looking ribbon.
Ohhhhh – love the sock – the color and pattern!
I like your work a lot! The colours are really beautiful together.
Need to buy me some more yarn…
