Ah Roswell… home of Target (the closest one to Carlsbad, 70 miles away), and one of the best thrift-store book sections (at the Goodwill) known to man. Oh, and something about aliens too.

I lived in Pasadena MD, near Baltimore for 6 years before moving to Austin TX 4 years ago! I’m originally from England, but I loved the east coast and really miss it at times. I loved the seasons there, the Fall especially (don’t miss the humid summers though, although Texas is even hotter, just not as humid – it’s still all HEAT!!) I used to drive passed Crofton every day on my way to work in Bowie We used to love going to Don Pablos in Columbia too (at least I think it was there?)

i hope you got to sleep through the clock striking seven. the fact that you consider 7am “sleeping in” makes me chuckle a little, though. unless the kids have school, 7am is way too early for me!
that yarn really is perfect for the next project spectrum, which i cannot wait for.
