If you’re ever out that way again, stop at Nepenthe in Big Sur. It’s the restaurant owned by Kaffe Fasset’s family. Incredible views; great family photos (including Kaffe) and an altar of sorts to all things Kaffe.

Wonderful photos! I’m so glad you were able to help your sister capture such a precious time. Having the right equipment makes all the difference. I’m still saddened by how many moments are missed because of poor light and a point and click camera. I’ve enjoyed reading about the rest of your trip!
